Tafur is the consulting practice of Al Tafur, and a trade name of Secured Holdings FL LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
I build and run my own software products, including a practice-management platform for therapy clinics. That means I have carried the pager for the systems I recommend, and I design with operations in mind: cost, monitoring, backups and what happens at 2 a.m.
I work directly with the people who make the decisions, keep the team small, and write things down.
